George County Industrial Park Phase II is a 400-acre park, adjacent to the established first phase of the park. The first 50-acre development within the site opened April 17, 2007 and currently has three tenants. The site has all utilities to site boundaries, completed rail spur and completed Phase One Environmental Survey.
The site is served by Mississippi Power Company and Mississippi Export Railroad with connections to CNI, CSX, NS and KCS. With an excellent location on the Highway 98 corridor with close proximity to four MSA’s, a growing, aggressive community college training program, and excellent consumer amenities, George County is Project Ready and primed to catch the next wave of development.
